It boasts of diverse people coming together, joining hands and supporting each other in every possible way. She hand holds women who seek help and aim at making every woman a brand. She with her team of experts is helping a woman identify their passion and then monetising from their passion. The platform aims to elevate women personally and professionally.

Being a 24*7 workaholic before marriage to stay home wife to stay home mother and to a Walky talky mompreneur now, “It’s an exciting journey every day. I have been in a phase where I felt useless, cried, stayed frustrated and went into victimhood. It’s when I sat with myself and chose that I did not want to feel that way. My passion has always been to empower, help and support individuals. I use to teach people how to sell. I joined the trust and organisation that empowers individuals Aumtara. I realised there was a gap and that was the woman who wants to grow professionally too. And that’s when I came up with Queens Brigade.”

Being a mother is a choice she made 5 years back. She wanted to have children not because she was getting old but because both she and her husband were mentally and emotionally prepared to welcome this journey of parenthood. And she was prepared to get on this new journey of motherhood. Where first one made her a mother. Second one taught her what is motherhood. She was clear from day 1, that she wanted to have 2 kids. “I conceived my second one after 18 months. My first one gave me the confidence to be a mother and my second one gave me the power to be myself all over again. From fear to faith, from being insecure to have full faith in the universe. Motherhood gives me a new experience every day. From getting scared to having 2 boys to enjoying having 2 boys is an experience I go through every day. “

“I took a good break from my work to enjoy being at home. And finally started looking out for work when my second son turned 6 months. I was very clear I wanted flexible hours. I wanted to join an Organisation that gave me the flexibility to do work at my own pace and wanted a safe and happy environment for the babies too. I did transformation courses that helped me understand myself more. I finally joined Aumtara a trust and organisation that offers space to individuals to carry their workshops and healing modalities. I started with 2 hours initially and then half a day as my elder one settled in a school. Both my babies accompanied me at work for a few hours initially and still do. The founder Director Vibha created a room for babies so that they could play and be themselves.”

Today she is the founder of Queens Brigade a new age networking platform for those women who believe in the mantra of 3 E’s Evoke, Energise and Evolve. “Being a mother myself I totally understand the different phases we women go through after entering this new phase. We all need a push, space where like-minded ladies connect, inspire and grow.”

Queens Brigade boasts of diverse people coming together, joining hands and supporting each other in every possible way. Queens Brigade is one platform which will leave you wanting more, every time you attend the meet-up. Here you evolve organically and grow strong.” Motherhood must not stop women to pursue our passion. We must first identify what is our passion and then find out ways to pursue our passion whatever little time, to begin with. I strongly feel mothers are the happiness point. When she is happy, the entire home flourishes. And to keep her happy is my responsibility. The happiness job is an inside job. To all the mothers out there. You are exceptionally powerful.”
